Hi, I’m Katie — The Groomer Behind the Table

 

I’ve been grooming since 2008, and after years of working in corporate salons, private salons, management, and everything in between, I knew exactly what I wanted Spa 4 Paws to feel like.

I wanted a grooming shop where pets weren’t treated like numbers.

A place where owners could feel comfortable asking questions, where nervous pets were given patience instead of pressure, and where the quality of the groom mattered just as much as how the pet felt during it.

Today, I’m the owner & sole groomer at Spa 4 Paws, which allows me to personally oversee the care and grooming of every pet who comes through our doors.

​

I’m also Fear Free Certified and especially passionate about working with seniors, reactive pets, behavioral cases, and pets who may not have had the easiest grooming experiences in the past.

Around here, we joke that I’m basically the preschool teacher of dog grooming — and honestly, that description fits pretty well.
